What is 90 day report?

Foreigners who live in Thailand for long-term stays have to report their current address to the Immigration Department every 90 days, even if the address does not change. This includes tourists, students, foreign workers, retirees, and businessmen. The days start counting from the day you enter Thailand. So, if you leave and then re-enter Thailand, the days will reset to zero and you have to submit your report 90 days after re-entering.

You can submit the 90 Day Report at a local Thai Immigration Office in-person, through registered mail, through an authorized person or submit the report online through the Thai Immigration Department’s online system. If you fail to submit your 90-Day Report 7 days after the due date, then you will get a fine.
Please feel free to contact us for any inquiries.
